Here you will find latest posts/news about Automated Tax and Financial Services, Inc. It will consist of Office Hours, New Services, Payment Options, Etc.
Our Current Office Hours for April 2010
April 1, Thursday our office will be open from 7am to 5pm.
April 2, Friday our office will be CLOSED.
April 3, Saturday our office will be open from 8am to 8pm.
April 4, Sunday "Easter Sunday" our office will be CLOSED.
April 5 thru 15 (Mondays thru Sunday) our office will be open from 8:30am to 8:00pm.
Walk-Ins are accepted between the hours of 9am to 4pm (you must be willing to wait, call our office to ask how long the wait will be)
April 16, Friday our Office will be CLOSED, we will post our new office hours for April 17 and beyond.
Tax Season Office Hours: February 2010 to April 15, 2010
Effective February 1, 2010 until April 15, 2010, our office will be open Mondays thru Fridays 9am-8pm. Saturdays 9am-8pm and Sundays 10am-4pm.
For Weekdays "After Hours" starting at 5pm we stongly suggest making an appointment or calling in prior to comming to the office. And Weekends are only for those with appointments, or those Picking-up or Dropping-Off Taxes.
For closures we will post them in advance on our website and voicemail.

Our Office will be CLOSED on the following holidays:
May 31 - Memorial Day
June 14 - Flag Day
July 4 - Independence Day
September 11 - Patriot Day
October 11 - Columbus Day
November 11 - Veteran's Day
November 25 - Thanksgiving Week
December 17-January 2 - Christmas and New Year
Payment Options for our Services
Our Payment Options are: Check, Money Order, Cash, and Credit Cards, but No Debit Transactions. There is a $10.00 Service Fee to Process Credit Card Payments. For Insufficient Fund Check Payments, there will be an additional $35 dollar service fee.
